Aaron Tinsley Session

Recently we lost a local skater to a senseless act of violence. Aaron Tinsley, a local DC skater was killed as a result of injuries sustained in a fight in Adams Morgan. A few of the CNVY guys knew him well, others just knew him as a really nice guy who was an awesome skater.

There will be a session today 8/31/07 at the "BridgeSpot" under 295 in DC in Aarons memory if anyone wants to come out to it. R.I.P Aaron...

Stan Karbine

Stan Karbine has chosen to no longer ride for Convoy Skateboards. Although all of us were super stoked to have him as a part of our team, he made the decision to go it on his own. We wish him the best of luck and hope he progresses in his skating as much as we hoped he would with us.

Good Luck Dude.

Sunday DC Session - 8/12/07

So we went out and shot some photos today at bridge spot, a little strange manual pad/ollie up and down spot. Spencer got a gnarly ollie over a pole jam and everyone was skating some sick wallrides at bridgespot. We also went to crackhead ledges to find a locked gate with about 12 people skating there...So we hopped the gate and skated till we were done.

Peep Rob's wallride to fakie camera props...
